About The Arbors


Built in 1989, the Arbors offers five different two story and ranch condominiums with two and three bedroom floor plans. All town homes have attached garages and lower levels for living and storage.

The Arbors has a monthly condominium association fee which includes snow removal, lawn service, water, general maintenance of the buildings and grounds. A portion of fees are allocated to the Reserve Fund to accumulate money for larger replacement expenditures. While much of the landscape maintenance is included in the monthly fee, owners are expected to maintain the appearance of their garden areas and landscape immediately surrounding their homes. We pride ourselves on the appearance of our property and encourage residents to participate in keeping their community beautiful. A Board of Directors comprised of five owners oversees the overall management, improvement projects and oversight of the by-laws and house rules. A property management company oversees the management of projects, finances and maintenance.
